We accept returns of un-installed, undamaged parts within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items: installed parts, opened high-voltage components (batteries, modules, inverters), custom-cut items (HV cables, wire harnesses), consumables (fluids, filters after opening), and items specially ordered on your behalf.
Process: email evcrate@globaltradehubltd.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
Return shipping: buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the part was incorrect or defective. We recommend tracked shipping.
Refunds: once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Defective parts: if a part arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
EU / UK distance selling rights: EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for items that have not been installed or used.
