Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, DPD (Europe), sea freight LCL/FCL for large orders. Carrier selection depends on destination, part size, and order value.
Shipping costs: calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. Free shipping thresholds may apply for large orders — contact us for a freight quote.
High-voltage components: HV batteries, modules, and cells are classified as dangerous goods under UN3480 (lithium-ion batteries) or UN3481 (lithium-ion batteries in equipment). These are shipped via specialist dangerous-goods-certified air or sea freight only. Additional documentation and packaging surcharges apply. Some destinations have import restrictions on HV batteries — we will advise before shipping.
Import duties and taxes: the buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes in the destination country. We declare accurate customs values on all shipments.
Order tracking: a tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched. Track via the carrier's website or your EV Crate order history.
Incoterms: standard orders ship EXW (Ex Works, our warehouse). DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available on request for an additional fee.
