We collect personal data you provide when placing orders, creating an account, submitting a B2B application, or contacting us. Data collected includes: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, VAT number, company name, and payment references (we do not store card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe).
We use your data to: process and fulfil orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to customer service enquiries, process B2B account applications, improve our catalogue and website, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, DPD, local carriers) to the extent needed to deliver your order; Stripe for payment processing; and cloud infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Base44) that host this platform.
Retention: order data is retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Marketing consents are retained until withdrawn.
