These Terms of Service govern your use of evcrate.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Seller: Global TradeHub Limited, Hong Kong. All contracts are formed under Hong Kong law.
Orders: an order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items or pricing errors.
Pricing: all prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude import duties and local taxes in your jurisdiction. VAT-registered EU/UK buyers may receive a VAT invoice on request.
Payment: accepted methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer (SWIFT), Wise, Revolut, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Payment must clear before dispatch.
Fitment responsibility: it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm part fitment before ordering. We provide OEM cross-references and fitment guidance, but accept no liability for incorrect fitment if incorrect vehicle details were supplied.
OEM vs aftermarket: parts are described as OEM (original equipment) or aftermarket (OE-equivalent). Aftermarket parts meet OE specifications but are not supplied by the vehicle manufacturer.
High-voltage components: HV battery modules, motors, inverters, and associated HV components must be installed by a qualified technician. We accept no liability for damage or injury caused by non-qualified installation.
Governing law: Hong Kong law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
