Warranty Policy

12-month warranty on OEM-boxed parts, 6 months on aftermarket Tier-1, 90 days on consumables. HV components require qualified technician installation.

OEM-boxed parts (supplied in original manufacturer packaging): 12-month warranty from date of delivery.

Aftermarket Tier-1 parts (OE-equivalent from named suppliers): 6-month warranty from date of delivery.

Consumables (fluids, filters, belts, rubber seals): 90 days from date of delivery against manufacturing defect.

High-voltage components (battery modules, packs, motor assemblies, inverters, OBCs): 6-month warranty. Warranty is void if the component shows evidence of installation by a non-qualified technician, physical damage, water ingress, or modification.

Warranty claims: contact evcrate@globaltradehubltd.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description. We will assess the claim within 3 business days.

Exclusions: warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from incorrect installation, damage from use of incorrect fluids or incompatible parts, or consequential losses.

Warranty fulfilment: at our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the defective part. We do not cover labour costs for removal or reinstallation.
